When you use your debit card, a PIN is needed for access to ATMs and point-of-sale purchases. This PIN is selected by you and, for security purposes, is not kept on record by PSECU. If you’ve exceeded your PIN tries (three consecutive incorrect attempts), please contact Card Services at 800.237.7328 to have the PIN tries reset. If you cannot remember the PIN, Card Services can send a request for a new PIN to be sent to you.
