NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

ENTRY PERIOD: PSECU “Home Opener” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin on 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, April 1, 2024, and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, April 30, 2024 ("Entry Period").

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

SPONSOR / ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by PSECU, 1500 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110 ("Sponsor" or "Administrator").

Penn State University or Penn State Sports Properties is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Sweepstakes, nor is Penn State University or Penn State Sports Properties, associated with this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to release Penn State University, Penn State Sports Properties, from any responsibility or liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE A PSECU MEMBER TO ENTER OR WIN AND BEING A PSECU MEMBER WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees, agents, and officials of PSECU and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Fill out and submit the web form provided on go.psecu.com/football page with your first name, last name, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth. Entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes drawing for each web form entry received. Limit one (1) entry per person. To be eligible, each Sweepstakes entry via this web form method must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59p.m. ET on Monday, April 30, 2024. No mass-produced entries whether photocopied, computer generated, mechanically reproduced, or produced by other automated means will be accepted. All entries becme the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, undelivered, delays, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

HOW TO WIN:

1. DRAWING PERIOD: There will be one (1) drawing conducted to randomly select one (1) Winner as follows: At approximately 11:00 a.m. ET on May 1, 2024, one (1) potential $400.00 Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The potential Winner will be notified by Administrator via email and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements, including response to notification and acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours and execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Administrator within seven (7) business days. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the winning entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized email account holder at time of entry. A potential Winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected by alternate random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries and an alternate Winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion if: (i) any prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize; (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules; (iv) a potential Winner does not respond to notification or accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours; or (v) potential Winner does not execute and return all of the necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Administrator within seven (7) business days.
3. The decisions of Administrator in all matters regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

PRIZES:

1. One (1) Winner will receive, four (4) Mt. Nittany Club Tickets and one (1) parking pass to the Penn State Football Home Game on September 7,2024. Total Prize valued at $400.00.
2. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules and/or in the applicable entry instructions. Prizes will be fulfilled within a reasonable amount of time of Administrator's verification of Winner. All prize details and additional terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements are in Administrator's discretion.
3. Winner is responsible for their travel and accommodations to and from the game. Winner will receive the prize through mailing address provided by Winner to Administrator.
4. Winner must complete and submit to the Administrator the PSECU Penn State Home Opener Sweepstakes Affidavit Form within seven (7) business days of receipt or will be disqualified.
5. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the aforementioned prize is not available.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Administrator and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively the "Released Parties") shall not be responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, service providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. In the event Sponsor or Administrator are prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s or Administrator’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor and Administrator shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's or Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ADMINSTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the phone number or email account associated with the entry or through which the entry was submitted. "Authorized account holder" shall be defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account or phone number by the respective service provider. Selected winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor and Administrator corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes is modified, terminated or suspended, at Sponsor's or Administrator's discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries. Winners further acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes or any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

DISPUTES:

1. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Pennsylvania; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards to entrants will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expense and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or entrants' and/or Sponsor's rights and obligations, in connection with the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
2. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point-of-sale, television, radio, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

USE OF DATA: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, agents and marketers in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, located at psecu.com/privacy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name in any list of winners (if applicable) and for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
