Compare the Experience
Current Digital Banking Experience
- Unique usernames and passwords for each account. Only the primary account holder can enroll in digital banking and set up a unique username and password to access their account.
- Example: Currently, Jane has three accounts with us. John is a joint owner on one of Jane's accounts. To access digital banking, Jane has three individual usernames and passwords, but John does not have direct digital banking access to their joint account.
Future Personalized Digital Banking Experience
- One username and password for each person. Users will only see the shares/loans they're associated with.

It will simplify the way you manage your accounts so everyone has access to what they own. If you have multiple PSECU accounts, you’ll have digital access to all your accounts with one username and password. And, transferring money between your accounts will be easier than ever. It also increases the security of your accounts for you and any joint owners, as it gives each person their own, unique login information.

- Primary Account Holder - An individual who is the member linked to the account. The tax reporting is tied to them. They may also be the main user of the account.
- Joint Owner - An individual who has been included or added to the account by the primary owner. They share ownership and can transact on the account.
At PSECU, a joint owner does not need to be a PSECU member. Also, being a joint owner alone does not necessarily make the joint owner a PSECU member. They would have to be or become a member separately.
